Why can’t I download tracks?
Your subscription must be active. Open Billing to reactivate if needed, then try again.
Why does a track preview fail?
Some source files can temporarily fail. Try another track, then come back later.
Where can I find my previous downloads?
Go to the History tab. You can play and re-download tracks from there.
How often is the vault updated?
The vault is frequently updated with fresh drops every hour.
