How The Remix Pool Works

This page explains membership access, playback, downloads, and how to get the most from your vault account.

Open the University page for practical playbooks covering weddings, Latin/hip-hop transitions, crowd control, and microphone technique.

The site is membership-based: $15/month with recurring Stripe billing.
New users can sign up from the Start membership tab and enter a locked vault view first.
Activate membership from the Billing page to unlock playback and downloads instantly.
Membership auto-renews monthly until canceled from the Billing page.
If billing fails or subscription expires, vault access is locked until reactivated.

Loyalty rewards stack automatically as long as your paid streak stays active.
Current milestones: 3 months (+5 days), 6 months (+8 days), 9 months (+10 days), 12 months (+12 days), 18 months (+15 days), 24 months (+20 days).
After 24 months, you keep earning +8 bonus days every additional 12 paid months.
Bonus days are added to your membership end date automatically right after a qualifying paid invoice.
If your subscription is canceled/expired, streak progress resets and starts over when reactivated.

Each account has a unique referral link in the Referral dashboard.
A referral counts only if the new user signs up using your referral link directly.
FAQ: What if they sign up without your link? That signup cannot be attached retroactively to your referral.
No bonus is awarded if the referred user signs up but never subscribes to a paid membership.
FAQ: When are bonus days added? Right after Stripe confirms the referred user’s paid membership activation.
When the referred user completes paid subscription activation, both accounts automatically receive +3 bonus days.
FAQ: How many times can I earn from the same person? Only one time per referred user.
Referral bonuses are one-time per referred user and are visible in your Referral dashboard metrics.

Use search, genre filter, BPM min/max, and sort (newest or oldest) to find tracks fast.
Click play to preview and download to save the full file.
Open a track page to read real DJ reviews and leave your own short review after using it live.
Tracks marked NEW are recent releases (new badge window is 3 days).
Pagination is fixed to 30 tracks per page.

Connected DJs now appear in a left sidebar so the feed stays cleaner.
New messages are shown newest-first and auto-refresh without page reload.
Click Reply under any message to open an inline reply box right there (comment-style).
Press Enter to send quickly, or Shift+Enter to add a new line.
Type @ to open suggested connected users and mention them directly.

The History tab logs your previous downloads so you can re-download quickly.
Play and download controls in History mirror the Vault controls.
Global download analytics count unique user-track downloads (same user re-downloading the same track does not increment totals).

The catalog is frequently updated so new remixes keep dropping without manual searching.
Single-track pages are indexed with sitemap support so new tracks are easier to discover.
Use the NEW indicator to quickly spot recent additions in the vault.

Audio delivery is protected with signed URLs and subscription checks.
Public visitors can see preview-style locked views but cannot play/download without active membership.
Rate limits are applied on API/file routes to reduce abuse.

Use the Contact page (footer Contact button) to send support messages directly to the team.
If playback fails on a specific track, skip to the next one and try again later while the source refreshes.
If your membership is inactive, go to Billing to reactivate and unlock all downloads.
Referral question? Open your Referral dashboard to check signup/subscription status for each invited DJ.
